Before you train or cook from anything here

Consult a qualified professional — a doctor, registered dietitian, physiotherapist, or certified coach — before:

  • Starting any new exercise programme, particularly if you are sedentary, recovering from injury, pregnant or postnatal, managing a chronic condition (cardiovascular disease, diabetes, hypertension, joint disease, etc.), or over 40

  • Practising standard food-safety hygiene — cooking temperatures, raw-meat handling, allergen cross-contamination, safe storage
