Health & Fitness Safety
Please read this before training or cooking from anything on /health.
Last updated: May 12, 2026
This is informational content, not advice.
The workouts, exercises, programming prescriptions, recipes, ingredient lists, and method instructions across /health are educational reference material curated and generated with AI. They are not personalised to your body, health history, training experience, allergies, medications, pregnancy, or any medical condition.
This site is not a medical device, not a registered dietitian, not a certified coach, and not a substitute for any of those.
Before you train or cook from anything here
Consult a qualified professional — a doctor, registered dietitian, physiotherapist, or certified coach — before:
- Starting any new exercise programme, particularly if you are sedentary, recovering from injury, pregnant or postnatal, managing a chronic condition (cardiovascular disease, diabetes, hypertension, joint disease, etc.), or over 40
- Following any dietary pattern, particularly if you have allergies, intolerances, blood-sugar issues, kidney or liver conditions, or are pregnant, nursing, or planning to become pregnant
- Substituting any of this content for prescribed medical, fitness, or nutritional guidance you have already received
While exercising
Stop immediately and seek medical attention if you experience any of the following:
- Chest pain, tightness, or pressure
- Dizziness, faintness, or unusual breathlessness
- Sharp or sudden pain — particularly in the joints, back, or chest
- Numbness, weakness, or loss of coordination
- Any symptom that feels wrong
Do not attempt movements outside your current capacity. Difficulty ratings are general guides, not personalised recommendations. Warm up, work within range of motion you can control, and rest when you need to.
Recipes & food safety
You are responsible for:
- Checking ingredients against your own allergies and dietary restrictions
- Verifying any ingredient substitution is safe for you
- Practising standard food-safety hygiene — cooking temperatures, raw-meat handling, allergen cross-contamination, safe storage
- Confirming nutrition information independently if you are managing specific dietary targets (calories, macros, sodium, blood glucose, etc.)
Allergens, dietary tags, and ingredient lists are best-effort and may contain errors. Cross-check before cooking, particularly for severe allergies.

Reporting safety issues
If you believe a workout, exercise, or recipe on this site contains a safety-relevant error — e.g. a contraindicated movement, a dangerous instruction, a mislabelled allergen — please email safety@ava-supernova.com with the URL and the concern. We review safety reports promptly and remove or correct content as needed.
Children
This content is intended for adult readers. Children, adolescents, and anyone in active growth should follow programming designed for their age and stage by qualified coaches and clinicians, not the generic adult-oriented prescriptions on this site.
